Announcing an Updated Website for our Party Store
Card & Party Giant, the family-owned party store located in Glenview, Illinois recently shifted to a new platform for its online sales. The new platform is designed to improve service for both in-store and online customers with features that help keep inventory quantities more up to date.
For several months, staff have diligently been compiling information to ensure that customers have access to the most complete costume descriptions, sizes, and inventory quantities. Photos and descriptions were updated for many product lines and will continue to be enhanced and updated as new inventory becomes available.
As one can imagine, a party store has a constantly fluctuating inventory. In-store this means staff rotate one season or holiday's party decorations on the floor to accommodate the next big holiday or celebration. Inventory that may no longer be on the floor is still available and that's where the online shopper has an advantage. But this online presence is also an advantage to the in-store shopper who may wish to look online for an out-of-season item and then have it pulled and ready for pick up.
