Card & Party Giant is happy to welcome Gail Janczak to the staff of our Glenview store. Many remember her as the 'oh so nice' proprietor of The Hallmark Party Center and Priscilla's Party store on Davis street in downtown Evanston, IL.  Gail is a pro with balloon decorating, merchandising , and customer service!  Here she is merchandising some cool Halloween stuff.
